Guides

What to know before you buy

These are not sales pages. They exist so you ask the right questions when collecting quotes — including from other agencies.

Which guide is for you?

We write these as decision aids, not sales brochures. Each one grew out of a question we are asked repeatedly, and they follow the same discipline: when we give a number we say where it came from, we admit what we do not know, and we point out the cases where working with us is not the right answer.

If you are researching price, the corporate website and e-commerce cost guides show where a quote sits relative to the market. If you have a technical problem, the website speed guide ranks which work actually pays off. If you are building a system, the e-invoicing and AI chatbot cost guides let you see the scope and the hidden line items before you commit.

If you are evaluating workforce management, read two together: the workforce software guide for method and cost comparison, and the data-protection guide for the biometric prohibition in force in Türkiye since 2 June 2026. If you already run fingerprint readers, the second is no longer optional reading.

  • All free, no registration. No form stands between you and the content.
  • Useful even if you never hire us. We spell out the questions to ask and the clauses to get in writing.
  • Outdated content gets corrected. When regulation changes the relevant guide is updated — that is how the workforce guide was revised after the 2026 decision.
