Our office is in Bursa, Türkiye; with clients in other provinces and abroad, meetings run online and by phone. So which province or country you are in does not change the process: the same discovery call, the same written scope, the same single point of contact.
The same way of working in all 81 provinces
Our service area is not a list of cities, it is the whole of Türkiye. Our office is in Bursa, and we can meet you there. Elsewhere in Türkiye and abroad, meetings happen by phone and online, with screen sharing when needed. A business in Hakkâri and one in Istanbul work with us at the same pace and on the same terms.
Maintenance does not depend on distance either: servers, backups, updates and monitoring are on our side. Since nobody has to travel to fix a fault, the response is no slower than being in the same city.
If you are outside Bursa and your procurement process requires on-site meetings, tell us at the start — a local supplier may suit you better, and we will say so.
How does a remote project run, step by step?
Whichever province or country you are in, the order is the same.
Discovery call
A phone or video call of about 30–45 minutes, free of charge. We walk through your existing system with your screen shared.
Written scope and contract
What will be done, what will not, the timeline and the payment plan are written down. Payments are tied to milestones; we do not ask for everything up front.
Meetings and progress
You have one point of contact throughout. Interim deliveries are shown in online meetings with screens shared; you never need to come to an office.
Quotes and invoices
Quotes, contracts and invoices are issued in the name of our business; the business details are on the contact page and in the footer.
For businesses outside Türkiye
We take on projects worldwide. Clients across Europe, the United Kingdom, North America, the Gulf region and Türkiye. Meetings are held in English or Turkish; our English site and English contact page reach the same team.
Time zone: our working hours are Monday–Friday, 09:00–18:00 (UTC+3). If you are in a different time zone, we agree an overlap window at the start so nobody waits a full day for an answer.
Contract, invoicing and currency: our business is registered in Türkiye. Contracting, invoicing and currency are arranged to suit your country once the scope is clear; we work this out per client rather than imposing one model.
Products and services: what runs where?
Our products (Workforce Management and the e-commerce platform) run only on servers we operate; you use them in the browser and on the phone, from anywhere in Türkiye or abroad. For code and system security they are not moved to any other server. Your data is yours and can be exported in standard formats.
Workforce Management’s rules (overtime limits, annual leave calculation, KVKK) follow Turkish labour law. If it is meant for teams working outside Türkiye, we discuss that openly in the discovery call.
The exception — server maintenance service: here the work is on your infrastructure; we run maintenance, updates, backups and monitoring remotely.

Which provinces of Türkiye do you serve?
All 81. Because we work remotely, the process is exactly the same if your province has no city page of its own: discovery call, written scope, contract, online meetings.
Why do only five cities have their own page?
A city page is opened when we have something real to say that is specific to that city. Hundreds of pages where only the city name changes tell a reader nothing; for every other province, this page applies.
Do you hold on-site meetings?
Meetings happen by phone and online, with screen sharing when needed. If your process requires on-site meetings, say so at the start; a local supplier may suit you better.
How are time zones and invoicing handled for a company abroad?
Meetings are held in English or Turkish, our hours are based on UTC+3 and we agree an overlap window for other time zones. Contracting, invoicing and currency are arranged to suit your country.
Can we run your products on our own infrastructure?
No. For code and system security our products run only on servers we operate; you use them from anywhere in the browser and on the phone. Your data is yours and can be exported in standard formats at any time. Maintaining your own server is a separate service: server maintenance.
