Most agencies deliver and leave. We also operate what we build: servers, mail infrastructure, backups and updates are our daily work. That is how we learn how our code actually behaves.
What we do
MedyaJans is a digital software agency. We build corporate websites, e-commerce platforms, mobile apps and bespoke business software — and we set up and manage the servers they run on.
We also build our own products: a multi-company workforce management and HR system and an e-commerce platform. These run in daily use, which means we learn how software behaves in the real world from our own operations, not only from clients.
What we believe
Not slogans — how we work day to day. Hold us to them.
- Unmeasured work isn’t finished. “We made it faster” is not enough; before and after get measured.
- No surprise pricing. Scope in writing, price tied to scope. Changes are discussed before they are made.
- Code and data belong to the client. We don’t lock anyone in technically. Stay because the work is good.
- A slow site is a bad site. We don’t spend seconds of load time on decoration.
- Security isn’t added later. Backups, access control and an update plan are set up on day one.
- We say when we don’t know. We turn down work we can’t do well and suggest a better route.
How we work
We work worldwide, remotely. Clients across Europe, the United Kingdom, North America, the Gulf region and Türkiye. Meetings happen in English or Turkish, by phone and online. Throughout the project you have one point of contact.
Every engagement starts with discovery. It is free and it is not a sales call: the goal is to understand the need. You end up with a written scope summary — whether or not you work with us.

Which technologies do you use?
Mostly Node.js and TypeScript on the server, React/Next.js on the front end (or dependency-free static output where that serves better), MySQL/MariaDB and PostgreSQL for data. Servers run Linux with nginx. Technology is chosen per project — never because it is fashionable.
Do you sign contracts?
Yes. Scope, timeline, payment plan, deliverables and responsibilities are written down. Starting without a contract turns every later disagreement into a personal argument.
Our project is confidential. Is it safe?
We sign NDAs on request. Credentials are never shared around, server access is per-person and revoked when work ends. Where possible we prefer you to create an account for us rather than share yours — so you can close it yourself afterwards.
