Useful to have ready
Not required — but with these we can give a much sharper roadmap in the first call.
- What do you want to achieve? One sentence is enough: “start selling online”, “get timesheets out of Excel”.
- What exists today? Current site, admin panel, accounting software or other systems.
- How many people will use it? User and role counts directly affect scope.
- When do you need it? If there is a real date (trade fair, season, contract), say so up front.
- Your budget range. Sharing it doesn’t weaken your position; it prevents quotes at the wrong scale.
What happens in the discovery call
It takes roughly 30–45 minutes and is free. The goal is not to sell you something but to understand the need: how the work flows today, which step eats time, and what would actually make a difference.
Afterwards we send a written scope summary: what will be built, what won’t, and in what order. It is yours to keep and useful when comparing other quotes.

How quickly do you respond?
If you can’t reach us by phone, leave a message and we usually return the call the same working day. Emails are answered within the same working day too. Our hours are Monday–Friday, 09:00–18:00 GMT+3.
Can I call just to ask about price?
You can, but a number given without knowing the scope helps nobody. After a few questions we can give a realistic range. What drives the price is explained on our pricing page.
Do you take international projects?
Yes — most of our work is international. Projects run in English across Europe, the UK, North America and the Gulf region. Working hours are based on UTC+3; we agree an overlap window at the start so nobody waits a day for a reply. Contracts, invoicing and currency are arranged to suit your jurisdiction.
