Privacy notice
Short version: no cookies, no tracking, no forms on this site. You only send us data if you choose to call or email us.
What this website collects
This website sets no cookies. There is no Google Analytics or any other third-party tracking. Fonts are not loaded from external servers, so your visit does not transfer data abroad.
Your browser stores only your theme preference (light/dark). It stays on your device, is never sent to the server and cannot be linked to your identity.
For technical reasons the server keeps access logs (IP address, requested page, timestamp, browser string). These are used for security and error tracing, never for marketing.
When you contact us
When you call or email, we process your name, contact details and the project information you share. The legal basis is legitimate interest under KVKK art. 5/2-f (and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), and pre-contractual steps taken at your request.
This information is used only to evaluate your enquiry and prepare a quote. It is not shared with third parties and not added to any marketing list.
Retention: at most 2 years after the enquiry is closed. If a contract is signed, statutory retention periods apply instead.
Your rights
Under Turkish Law No. 6698 (KVKK) art. 11 and, where applicable, the GDPR:
- Learn whether your personal data is processed and request information about it
- Learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly
- Request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data
- Request erasure or destruction
- Request that corrections/erasures be notified to third parties the data was transferred to
- Claim compensation for damage arising from unlawful processing
