Lowercase letters, digits and hyphens. Your address: yourname.medyajans.com.tr — it cannot be changed later.

Departments are created for the sector you choose; you can change them later.

Trial terms

  • The trial lasts 30 days and is free; no card or payment details are requested.
  • You are not moved to a paid plan automatically. If you want to continue, you choose a plan in the panel; this never happens without your approval.
  • If you do not move to a paid plan, your company data is permanently deleted 30 days after the trial ends; the panel warns you as the date approaches.
  • The panel address (yourname.medyajans.com.tr) cannot be changed later.
  • A trial account is for a business evaluating the product; the number of trials that can be opened from the same connection in one day is limited.

What happens next

Once your account is open

The trial starts without waiting for a sales call. You work with your real data from day one; it is not a demo environment.

  1. Your address is ready

    When you submit the form your company is created and yourname.medyajans.com.tr/admin opens; you are redirected there within a few seconds.

  2. Departments in place

    Departments for your chosen sector are created in advance. Rename, add or delete them as you like.

  3. Add your staff

    Each employee clocks in from their phone with location or a QR code, or with a PIN on a shared tablet at the door.

  4. See the month end

    Clock-ins flow into the timesheet automatically; you see the period summary for your accountant within the trial.

  5. Your decision

    After 30 days, move to a paid plan if you want to continue; if you do not, nothing is charged.

About the trial

Do I need a card for the trial?

No. The sign-up form has no card or payment fields. The trial is free for 30 days and nothing is charged automatically when it ends; if you want to continue, you choose a plan in the panel yourself.

What happens to my data when the trial ends?

If you move to a paid plan nothing changes; your staff, clock-in and leave records stay as they are. If you do not, your company data is permanently deleted 30 days after the trial ends. The panel warns you as that date approaches, and you can export your data until then.

What is the difference between the live demo and a trial account?

The live demo opens without an account and is read-only: you browse a sample company’s screens and cannot change records. A trial account is a real company panel of your own; you add your staff, record clock-ins and see the month-end timesheet with your own data.

Can I change the panel address later?

No. The panel address is your company’s permanent identity: the app installed on employees’ phones and their sessions are tied to it. That is why we suggest a short, recognisable name for your company when you sign up.

How do I get into my panel after signing up?

After you submit the form, your panel address and trial end date appear on screen and you are redirected to the sign-in page within a few seconds. Sign in with the username and password you chose. We suggest bookmarking the address (yourname.medyajans.com.tr/admin); your employees reach their own panel through the staff sign-in at the same address.
